WOW I don't know what to say. The CrossFit Games 2010 are over....
What an amazing performance by everyone. Those workouts where
harder than hard. I am inspired to go Crush a WOD today.
Awesome workout Saturday so glad that everyone came to workout
and watch the Games on the Projector.

I guess it comes down to a simple choice really...

For ten long seconds... I thought about quiting today! And then I remembered all the reasons why I started in the begin, and all the people I've fought along side with.
